WHEN DID CARRYING EVERYTHING BECOME NORMAL?

It rarely happens all at once.
A little more responsibility.
A few more commitments.
Another problem to solve.
Another person depending on you.
You adapt.
You handle it.
You move forward.
Then one day, what would have overwhelmed you ten years ago becomes your normal day.
You stop noticing the weight because you've become used to carrying it.
The problem is not that you became stronger.
The problem is that you forgot what it feels like to be light.
Many people are not exhausted because life is hard.
They are exhausted because they haven't stopped carrying yesterday's burdens.
Not everything deserves a place in your backpack.
Not every problem belongs to you.
Not every responsibility needs to be accepted.
Sometimes growth isn't about carrying more.
Sometimes it's about learning what to put down.
